This 1947 Chevy five window long bed pick up was at my shop project for about three years just to complete the frame it is a boxed bagged long bed frame that holds a 350 V8 automatic and is low to the ground. This truck was in patina for about six years and never had the intentions of fixing the paint but during the summer of 2015 we decided to finish the bodywork and interior and let this one go to a new owner. The frame had a custom orange basecoat clearcoat and all components were painted to match. The seats were custom built to give the cab a spacious feeling, because we all know how small they feel with a big seat. This truck can drive down the road 80 miles an hour and stop on a dime. We have also installed on its frame a 1979 Camaro subframe with power steering and power brakes this truck is fast for 11 rear end and it hooks up. The bed has a upper section that was covered with wood to match the wood bed. Under this is all the mechanics and air pump for the air ride suspension and for the air lift top. This truck has over 7 inches of air ride adjustment and rides great at any height. When it's lowered and parked in the grass the running boards are buried in the grass.
